GARY WOOLLARD CONSULTING specializes in the development of master plans for healthcare facilities as well as programming and planning specific building projects. Our goal is the development and communication of the key facility issues enabling owners to make timely and educated decisions.

Gary Woollard is an architect with over 28 years of experience in healthcare facilities programming and planning. Prior to starting his own practice, he was a Vice President of an international architectural firm. He has developed projects across the United States as well as in Canada, Asia and the Middle East. His work is focused on pre-design services. He has worked as a programming/planning consultant, acting as a clearinghouse in determining project feasibility for a large healthcare system. His projects range in size from multimillion dollar academic medical center replacement projects to small corporate clinics for major corporations. The depth of this experience exposes his clients to the pulse of current medical trends and the resulting key facility issues that need to be addressed.

Our goal is to increase efficiency and effectiveness of projects especially in today's environment when the mantra is "more with less". This mandate must be satisfied while providing and enhancing patient comfort and convenience. We are team players. Our efforts are focused on our clients needs and not on a "canned process-where one size fits all". No two clients are alike nor are any two projects; therefore we develop our work plans to suit our clients needs.
