Medical Functional and Space Programmer

Description:
This project included a space program for a partial replacement of several support functions including: materials management, purchasing, loading dock, meeting rooms, and admitting. It also included a program for a 38 bed psychiatric nursing unit programmed with the ability to decentralize into three segments responding to variations in patient load. The program included two floors of medical/surgical beds. A new lobby and main elevator core were part of the new building.
