Medical Space Programmer

Description:
This project involved the verification of a master plan space program developed by another consultant. The client and its strategic planner questioned the validity of the numbers. The programmer/planner revised the program based on utilization and defended the program through the acceptance of the Certificate of Need at Albany. The Programmer developed a format for justification of space/planning guidelines specific to the Hospital for Special Surgery. The State of New York is using this as a suggested format for future work.
